Fruits basket book?

i know almost nothing about the series fruits basket but it seems interesting and my friend is in love whith it. so i decided to try and figure somthing out about it! were can i buy the book? how many books are there? what are the titles? and can you clue me in on the basic story and interesting stuff????

You can buy the book at Borders or Barnes and Nobles. Though you could probably find it at almost any book store.


There are 17 books right now released in the US. They are not titled, they are numbered. (Such as %26quot;Volume 3%26quot;) And just to let you know, they are mangas (aka graphic novels).





The basic story is about a girl named Tohru who is an orphan. For a while she lives in a tent, but then the Sohma family finds her and takes her in. The only problem is every member of the Sohma family is under a curse. The curse is that every time they are hugged by a member of the opposite gender they turn into a member of the Chinese Zodiac.





This manga series is very good. It is rather romantic. Just to worn you there is cussing, a little gore, and some %26quot;adult content%26quot;.
Reply:there r lotsa books and they%26#039;re just numbered, not titled.. you could get them @ barnes and nobles if u want.. its about Tohru and how she lives with the Sohmas. she finds out that they are cursed and somwat possessed by the vengeful spirits of the zodiac animals.. including the cat
