Episode 16 will be out at the beginning of April of this year... Amazon says it will be out on the 10th but most local books stores will have it out before then... i work for a book store and there is no hard release date that we have to follow on manga 99.9% of the time... this means that as soon as it comes in we put it out....you can preorder from amazon with the link below.
