Fruits Basket Anime ?: Japanese or english voice acting...?

I bought my GF the Fruits Basket boxed set for her birthday. She finished watching it the other day and offered it to me so I could enjoy it. I am going to watch it on my laptop since I am here waiting for her to get out of class. I can either watch it in English with no subtitles or Japanese with english subtitles.

Which do you prefer in this anime?

Fruits Basket Anime ?: Japanese or english voice acting...?
For Furuba, I%26#039;d have the say the English FUNi dub. Yes most of the time I prefer subs, but I did watch the English dub first, which probably affects how much I like the subs. I%26#039;m not one of those people that completely hates all dubs, imo not all dubs are bad.

Yuki sounds too feminine in the subs and yeah I know he%26#039;s supposed to be kind of feminine, but it just feels weird to me since he sounds more masculine in the dub.

I watched the dub first and that%26#039;s the way I fell in love with it. It%26#039;s one of the first real anime series I watched and manga I read. Same with Meteor Garden, I watched it before Hana Yori Dango so it just seems better since it%26#039;s the one I watched and liked first. If it was any other anime, I%26#039;d probably say subs. I thought the English dub for Fruits Basket honestly wasn%26#039;t that bad. There%26#039;s worse dubs out there.
Reply:I prefer listening to it in a language I understand,

rather than in a language I don%26#039;t and pretend that

I%26#039;m absorbing something from it as if I understood it.
Reply:For Fruits Basket I didn%26#039;t like it in english or japanese, but I found it a bit more bearable in English.
Reply:i prefer japanese
Reply:ussually english is edited and made childish for censoral not sure if thats a word reasons
