do you know if fruits basket has episodes past 26 or was 26 the last fruits basket episode?

The anime version of %26quot;Fruits Basket%26quot; only had 26 episodes however the story continued in the manga. Because of Tohru%26#039;s influence some of the cursed were freed from the curse of the zodiac.

No plans for a second series have been made, and it%26#039;s unlikely.





However the Manga it is based on carrys on.


From what I hear the anime series covers up to the eighth or ninth volume of Fruits Basket. Fruits Basket runs for 20 ish volumes I think.


The story develops more and such in the later volumes of the Manga.

Reply:Sadly, episode 26 was the last episode. But the manga goes much farther. I would definitely recommend the manga, which you can read for free and without downloading at Mangafox.com (the whole series)

Reply:No sorry it is the last, unfortunately. I am quite sure that they aren%26#039;t gonna make a second series on it. Fruits Basket is quite an old manga/ anime so if Natsuki Takaya(the author of Fruits Basket) has any ideas for the second series, it should be known by now. However you could read the manga. There are two new characters added and a juicy detail about Akito Sohma you won%26#039;t want to miss in the manga. All of the manga volumes have been released. The last just a few weeks ago. Fruits Basket is one of the best anime/ manga of all times! :)
