My sister and I love the Fruits Basket mangas. My friend told me that there is a total of 23 books. However I just finished reading #16 and it said that book 17 was coming out August 2007. I thought that they were all out yet. Is that only the japanese ones?
If anyone could answer this it would be much appreciated.
(Also, what is a good place to buy them. My library sux and they only just got #%26#039;s 14, 15, and 16.)

Not all the English volumes from Tokyopop are out yet. There is a total of 23 volumes and 136 chapters.

These aren%26#039;t really offical though. They are from scanlation [%26#039;scan%26#039; and %26#039;translation%26#039;] groups that finished scanlating them before Tokyopop because some people don%26#039;t like to wait to see what happens. Basically the groups translate the raw [Japenese] manga into English.
You can go to ebay or amazon to buy volume 17, it%26#039;s out now. You can preorder volume 18 here :

i sugest u use that site and yes, only the japanese ones are out past 17. You might be able to find a torrent online though, or you could just be paitent.
