there are websites that has fans translate mangas online that hasn't come out in an english manga yet, for example, spectrumnexus.com, it has manga scans of fruits basket book 1-22. and now i am wondering when would 23 be uploaded.

It probably won't be for a while, Volume 16 isn't going to be released in the US until April 2007 and volume 15 was recently released. It could be years since it hasn't been released in japan yet...
Reply:I don't know when it will be uploaded, but it would take more than a year for it to be released in US, that's for sure.
